Monday Morning Creamy Overnight Oats

Want more time to sleep in the morning? Try these tasty and creamy overnight oats, so you can skip the morning rush on a Monday.

They're good, healthy, and will provide you with the energy boost you need to tackle Mondays.

We're using berries here, but you can choose your favorite seasonal toppings.

 Ready? Let's do this.


 For the base

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp of the Almondista base
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp of your favorite jam (we are using strawberry)

For the topping

  • 1 tbsp of the Almondista base
  • raspberries and blueberries
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes


Mix the Almondista base with 1 cup of water in a mixer or with an electric drink frother for fresh almond drink. Pour the freshly made drink into a large bowl with the oats, the chia seeds, and the sweetener of your choice (maple syrup or honey) and mix well. In a jar add 1 tbsp of your favorite jam and add the oat mixture. Close the jar and refrigerate overnight.

Give the berries a good wash and let them dry, they'll be all set for your morning meal.

When ready to eat simply add 1 tablespoon of the Almondista paste to the mixture, add your berries, and garnish with coconut flakes.

Feel free to switch up toppings based on what you like: apples, bananas, blueberries, mango, nuts, or anything else you enjoy.
